Steve Carter Joins Capital4HealthCare; Adds Expertise In Commercial Real Estate Lending

Mr. Carter joins the firm with a specialty in structuring, processing and closing commercial real estate loans.
Mr. Carter was previously a Senior Staffing Analyst for Bank of Delaware (now PNC) in Wilmington, DE for 3 years before beginning a 9 year career with Meridian Bancorp and its subsidiary Delaware Trust Company in Wilmington, DE where he was a Systems Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst and a Corporate Banking Officer. Steven Lee Carter has cultivated an arsenal of bank, commercial lending and private investor relationships across the country, enabling him to secure the most competitive loan structure and terms to suit client business plan and cash stream. He delivers the highest quality service through the insight and experience gained from his diverse background in finance, mortgage banking, and commercial lending.
Steven Lee Carter is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam (BA, Education and Music), Delaware Technical College (AAS, Industrial Engineering) and is an MBA candidate. He and his wife Jill, of 26 years, have two daughters and reside in Lancaster, PA.
