I’m Mark Eric Bailey and nearly three decades ago I created a business consulting firm to serve small business owners. As the years passed, and my family became older I spent more time with primary care physicians & specialists in their practices, at continuing care facilities, and hospitals. With a better understanding of the needs of healthcare professionals, my clients became primarily healthcare professionals and the firm became known as Capital4HealthCare.

When a family member was ill, I sought the best primary care physician or specialist, no matter how far we had to travel or the expense. I demanded the best in care for my family member. Accordingly my focus has always been to provide extraordinary service to practice professionals through prudent practice advice, excellent solutions and exceptional practice financing. I demand of myself the same high standard of care as I demand from a healthcare professional. I am available when needed, as I demanded cardiologists, pulmonologists, or vascular specialists to be for my grandmother or parents. I persist until I solve your dilemna, whatever it might be.

I consider it a privilege to serve my practice professional clients. The experience is highly rewarding daily. I don’t simply provide advice or finance practices. My clients enhance my life as much as I enhance my clients’ lives. And in so doing, they enhance their own lives as well as those of their families and colleagues. That’s a positive result – for everyone.

The interests and life goals of our clients are foremost in all we do. Granted we are excited when a transition is complete and we have achieved our clients’ objectives as we attract new clients by serving present clients exceptionally well. The long term relationships which result from transitions achieved are our most valuable rewards.
